this is pretty convenient... Traveler 4 String Bass, 2-EQ, Volume, and it comes with a headphone system.

ive used a headphone amp, those are pretty handy. the only problem is they eat batteries like a fat man at a potluck (no offense to those of you who are fat and/or eat alot at potlucks). and cords are a bit of a problem too, ive only got 20' ones so im sitting there on the couch with this long cord going from my bass to the amp, which is at the most 1 foot away........

haha, yeah, my mates got a mini marshall...you can clip it to your belt. its pretty funny. crappy sound though, obviously.

i played a fretless Warwick jazz(?) bass and some others and they blew me away........warwicks sound so damn solid!
