for sure, at least they've done something that kinda rocks in an extremely heavyass way. Its really hard to play 240bpm and still have perfect flow, don't sound like any other band at all, and yet its like they're not overdoing it which is great. I'd love to see these guys live, my dvd just doesnt cut it.

yeah to me i can kinda compare them to nile and hate eternal...all 3 are extreme bands, nile just gets very empty and monotonus and hate eternal just plays shit fast...with slow guitar riffs...behemoth definately has this black metal quality to their music which not only impacts their sound, but the visuals as well as story. the do grow old on me like all extreme metal does, cause after awhile enough is enough, but i can "stand their shit" longer than the other 2 for sure

MG I got the link you sent me. Dude I'm pretty sure they pegged the guitar sound I'd really like us to have. Its heavy but yet so crisp and clear. I'm curious about trying a Bogner head. I've heard good things.

Bogner is a good head from what I have heard. It isn't super well known but awesome reviews from those that have used 'em.
The pinches were fuckin' perfect! I can do them but it depends on the amps I use...as strange as that sounds. If I have things set up right I pull them off without an issue.
Thats right! I rely on equipment for a good sound. Fuck having talent!

yeah its like unless i use a really good tone guitar with actives or something, and a really nice head like a triple rec or jcm2000 tsl, then they are possible, but without... they basically dont exist hah
Excited for this behemoth cd. They seem to be whipping out the albums like crazy, i thought their last one was just last year
