On my les paul, i noticed the strings were sitting a bit hight off the neck close to the body. So i decided to lower the bridge a bit as low as i possibly could without having fret noise. The had to lower the pickup height so the strings never touched it, i adjusted it so there is only a very small space between them.
Have any of you guys ever adjusted them... and do you know the specs they should have?

i think the only 'specs' required when talking about action is 1-no fret buzz 2- its comfortable for you

i was messing with it again, and finally got it sounding the way it was. haha i should have just left it alone in the first place. Had to raise the strings back up a bit and lower the pickup back to where it was
