Danish Death/Thrash metallers Hatesphere have issued the following update via the band's official website:
"Have a good new year - don't blow yourselves up! We will do that for you with our new album next year on April 27th and April 30th. Until then, go buy the new German Metal Hammer - there is a DVD with 15 minutes of Danish Metal with your own Jacob and friends.
We will start recording the new album on the 5th of January - and we will of course keep you updated with pictures, videoclips and reports etc. The drums will be recorded with our old friend Tommy Hansen in his Jailhouse Studios in Horsens, Denmark. Guitars, bass and vocals will be done in Jacobs Smart´n´hard Studios here in Aarhus, while Tue Madsen will do the mix at his Antfarm Studio."
edit: and this should really be in thrash metal, so i moved it.

Danish Thrashers Hatesphere have issued the following statement on their official website:
"Heinz [Henrik Jacobsen] is no longer part of HateSphere. The decision was made long time ago, and we have therefore known it for a long time. There is no bad blood in the split - Heinz simply don't like the touring part of music anymore - so we want to thank him for a great time in the band and wish him the best of luck in the future. No need to worry as we have found a more than fitting replacement. Jakob [Nyholm] from fellow Danish metallers, Dawn of Demise + Koldborn, is taking over the guitar duty in the band emidiately. We have known Jakob for a long time, and we are looking forward to finally hitting the big stages with him! Welcome to the band! Your first chances to see him in action will be on our upcoming tours with Behemoth and Dimmu Borgir. Jakob has already played a show in Essen(DE) with us - watch the video here. /Hatesphere
Heinz' official statement: At the 25th of August I played my last show with Hatesphere at the Elsrock Festival in Holland. The reason that Im leaving Hatesphere after 5+ years of hard work and boozin' fun on the road is simply that its time for me to try new things in life. It was probably one of the hardest decisions I ever took, but I know that this is the right choice for me and the band. Life is all about being true to yourself and do what you love doing right now. My time in Hatesphere has given me so many great moments with the guys in the band and all the people who belive in us and came to our shows during the past 5 years. So a big cheers and thank you to all the bands I've toured with, all you fans who came out to join the party with us, but most of all to my friends Bredahl, Pepe, Mixen, Gyldenøhr, Mikael, Dennis, Mads, Tue, Rasmus and Tolderen for all the good times we´ve shared on the road and in the studio. /Heinz"

Danish metallers Hatesphere have issued the following update:
"Mid-June we will enter Antfarm Studios here in Aarhus, Denmark, together with Tue Madsen (who also mixed our two latest albums) to record two new tracks. This will be the first recordings to feature the new line-up, and Tue will mix the whole lot, so it will be ready in the end of June. So for all of you who are anxious to hear the new material - the wait is over. Expect to hear the first samples beginning of July!"

Also, we have been confirmed for this years Aalborg Metal Festival to take place on November 7th in Aalborg, Denmark. Other bands playing are amongst others Opeth.
